What's the minimum order?
10 kg per shipment for active wholesale accounts. Below that, you're better served as a retail subscription customer — we can set that up too. Above 15 kg/week we move to tiered pricing.
How quickly can you onboard a new account?
Typically two to three weeks from inquiry to first shipment. The pace is mostly set by the sample-and-profile round — we'd rather take an extra week to dial it in than rush you into coffee that isn't quite right.
Do you supply equipment too?
Yes — commercial grinders, espresso machines, brew bar setups, water filtration, the lot. Wholesale partners get bulk pricing on everything in our equipment shop, plus calibration and installation support.
What does the contract look like?
Month-to-month with a one-month notice on any changes (pricing, volume, schedule). No multi-year lock-ins. We'd rather you stay because the coffee's right than because the paperwork holds you.
Do you work outside Karachi?
Yes. We currently ship to Lahore, Islamabad, and a few smaller cities. Outside Karachi, shipping adds 24–48 hours and a small logistics fee. Bulk orders 30 kg+ ship free nationwide.
